Cancellation Policy
Rental of Unit may be cancelled by Guest up to 60 days prior to Check-In Date, with fifty percent (50%) of Base Rental and Fees refundable along with 100% of Security Deposit. Notice of cancellation must be in writing. Outside of the above stated Cancellation policy, there is a firm NO CANCELLATION POLICY for any reason, including weather or changed circumstances.
